Further up is Barcelona’s major commercial centre, housing several shopping complexes such as La Maquinista, L’Illa and Glòries etc. Among all of the things to do in Barcelona, you must visit the beach; the city is a proud owner of seven superb beaches. The oldest and most visited of all are the Sant Sebastià and Barceloneta beaches.
