    Cruise Overview

Venture to the land ‘down under’. Head to the ‘Red Centre’ to see once of Australia’s most iconic sights the mighty Uluru (Ayers Rock). Explore the area and the significance of it to the local aboriginal people. Enjoy an unforgettable dining experience in the outback under the sparkling southern skies before heading to the cosmopolitan city of Sydney. Best known for its unique harbourfront opera house, iconic bridge and the famous Bondi beach. Embark on a cruise to the ‘land of the Long white cloud’ – New Zealand. The country is a land of contrasts not only in lifestyle but also in landscape. Combining its native Maori heritage with modern living, sweeping island filled bays, dramatic snow-capped mountains and stunning Fjords. New Zealand is a truly captivating country that should be on everyone’s ‘must see’ destinations

    Sydney Opera House

See the inside of one of the worlds most instantly recognisable and famous buildings - the iconic Sydney Opera House!

The Sydney Opera House is a miracle of architecture and engineering, a work of art that came into existence against impossible odds, to then become one of the busiest performing arts centres in the world.

Working with rich, new audio-visual components, where images are projected onto the fabric of the building itself, your guide will take you on an emotional journey that rivals any opera plot with its dramatic twists and turns. Some 1,500 performances, from opera to circus, rock and cabaret, are staged at the Sydney Opera House each year, to audiences of around 1.5 million people.

The Essential Tour takes you through the history and architecture. See what goes on inside Australia’s most famous building and get a brief overview of the Australian performing arts scene

    Sounds of Silence Dinner

Entered into the Australian Tourism Hall of Fame, Sounds of Silence offers the best of the Red Centre distilled into four magical hours dining under the mind-blowing outback sky.

Your Sounds of Silence experience begins with canapés and chilled sparkling wine served on a viewing platform overlooking the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. As the sun sets and darkness falls, listen to the sound of a didgeridoo and join your table for an unforgettable dining experience and an introduction to Aboriginal culture with a traditional dance performance under the outback sky.

The attentive staff will keep your glass full with a quality selection of Australian wine and beer while the first course is served. As the night sky twinkles to life, help yourself to a bush tucker-inspired buffet that incorporates native bush ingredients such as crocodile, kangaroo, barramundi and quandong. Then, settle back and listen to the resident star talker decode the southern night sky.

Locate the Southern Cross, the signs of the zodiac, the Milky Way, as well as planets and galaxies that are visible due to the exceptional clarity of the atmosphere. After dinner, enjoy dessert with a glass of port, tea or coffee before heading back to your hotel having ticked off an unforgettable experience.
